Just found out that their is a Holland Lop rabbit at my local animal shelter! I have always wanted a Holland Lop, anyone have ideas on how to convince my mom, I haven't asked her, but I know she loves rabbits! They are one of her favorite animals. As a kid she had like 20 rabbits. I really really want a Holland Lop, I LOVE their ears!!! My mom loves Holland Lops too!!! I really think if I talk to her about how lonely my guinea pig is and that the rabbit would make a good friend, she may consider it. I hope I can adopt the rabbit, my mom should be home in an hour or 2.

Luckily I tend to be a very convincing person!!! Plus, when she found out ChirpChickens was re-homing a rabbit, she said she would have wanted her if Chirpchickens lived closer, she is about 6 hours from me Wish me luck convincing my mom, any convincing advice would be appreciated!!

Sunni just finished laying her egg and started singing an egg song really loud. She hasn't done that in forever! I hope she doesn't do that when we are staying at the hotel next month.

Say, "Hey mom, there is a Holland lop in the shelter and no one wants it." And if she says no then say, "I promise I'll pay for it!"

I will try.. I think the Holland Lop has been their for a while, and he/she is only $5.. Like 10 minutes ago I asked her though, and she said no because then when my guinea pig dies, the rabbit will be lonely..

But my guinea pig has been sooooooooooo depressed and hasn't even been eating as much as she used to because of it.
