State a fact about yourself!

I can't trap coons. Right now at least.
You'll get it. Keep trying bro.

It's a worthy 'cause, thats for sure.

I'm pretty sure they just aren't out yet. :)

Ah...what sort of trap are you using? I've never tried capturing coons myself, but have heard of a hole bored into a log, something shiny or a pat of butter into it; a few nails slanted in so the raccoons fist can't get out.

I have trapped many many coons. The best way that I have found is a live trap and an egg, fresh from the nest box.

I resorted to eggs because I tried using Tuna, but I kept catching my cats in the live trap. Not good. If you use eggs, the cats completely ignore them, but the coons can't resist them.

I wouldn't waste a good egg on coon. I did do it once though

I normally wouldn't either, but all of the coons I caught were spawns of two coons that killed some of my chickens a few years back. There were two hugs adults and 4 young coons. I managed to catch all but one. The last one got hit on the road.

Oh okay. Well at least you caught them.
