awww I'm sorry if you don't mind me asking why did he have to be put down??

He was very old and one day my mom was at work and me and my dad were on a class field trip, so no one was home. What had happened was, he wears a blanket because he's old and losing his coat, he had gotten tangled up in his blanket and had been lying and squirming on the ground all day. One of his eyes were swollen shut. When we found him we put him in their shed and he was so hungry but his legs gave up on him an he couldn't move at all. So we had to put him down
