Do they just cut of the head? My dad slaughters meat chickens every year he slits the neck and lets them bleed. I wish he did not slaughter but sadly he does.

Oh the kosher slaughter as in being the throat slit? Do they go in the pallet slit up to the brain afterwards, or just bleed them out? (By the way, I work for a butcher sometimes and even do my own so no need to worry about blood lol.)
