Not a good idea to sniff the water, though.

Quote: yeah, i didn't mean to.

I CAN'T BUY CHLORINE AND USE IT AND MY PARENTS DON'T SEEM TO THINK THE WORMS ARE STILL IN THERE but in think the baby worms may be in there...

I once swam in a lake, only to get really sick a few days later. Apparently there was a bacteria in the lake that caused that. There were a lot more people then just me in the lake at the time, which is why they know.

Don't like swimming anymore. Apparently, people think it's fine to pee in the pool because they think the chlorine will kill all the bacteria (although, if you are peeing bacteria that means you have an infection). The result? Gases that can slowly burn your lungs. The fix? 1. Add more chlorine (which will also burn your lungs) or 2. stop peeing in the pools

Also, many pools are contaminated with fecal matter because people don't take showers before swimming.

ewww, was it just like a cold when you got sick? or was it a long lasting constant sickness?(i got sick for months from swimming in the pond)

Can't remember much, I was very little at the time.

I don't think it was a "painful" sickness (don't remember it causing me any physical pain), however I did remember throwing up a lot.

OH MY GOODNESS, I WAS EATING BUTTERED TOAST AND NOW THERE IS A WAD OF HALF-MELTED BUTTER IN MY HAIR! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I MANAGED TO GET IT IN MY HAIR!

ewww, i just realized i can't wash it out because my mom is asleep and you have to walk through her bedroom to get to the shower...i guess i shall try washing it in the kitchen sink....

My sister takes a shower past midnight every night. In addition, I can confirm the shower is just as loud, or even louder, in my room then inside the shower itself (there is the sound of water hitting the floor in the shower, which isn't present in my room, but the sounds on the plumbing is present in my room, which isn't much present in the shower).

Quote: lol, why on earth does she at midnight?

the butter won't come out....so i just shoved my hair in one of my socks to contain the butter...it's going to be a fun conversation when my mom wakes up and asks why my hair is in a sock..
