Its called a "homonym" when a word has different meanings.

To further clarify my question, I was coming from the point of view that these hens were cruelly mistreated and pumped full of antibiotics during their service at a laying plant and I was curious if such strain and stress on their reproductive system would halt or harm their laying longevity.

i said before that i thought i had lyme desease and it's getting worse now...i think i need to go to a doctor. i don't like doctors at all   

Go to the doctors.

Most of the time you'd probably just be talking to the doctor. If they need to do something like a blood test, it'd only involve going somewhere else in the building, sitting down, waiting 30 seconds while they do their thing, then probably waiting for the results.

At least Lyme disease is curable (assuming you even have it in the first place). It's not like you have a 10lb terminal cancer tumor in the center of your brain.

I hate my doctor. He's a creepy old man. And yeah, doctors yell (and nurses) and tease; blegh, I hate being teased for some reason.

Your brain is important! Definitely go get it checked out, and if the docs give you a shot just close your eyes and look the other way. It'll be over soon.
