This morning I found the door to my duck coop open, but I didn't open it. The heavy rock I always prop against the door was moved, and I found a footprint that didn't belong to me in there. My ducks are okay, but I think I know who did it....There were 2 idiotic kids that were fishing a few days ago, and throwing logs at my ducks. my mom told them to stop, and they did, but one of those idiots was my neighbor....I think he was trying to get rid of my ducks as revenge for my mom humiliating him in front of his friend.
i'm now putting locks on the coop to keep that moron out of there.

Get a security camera. If you get footage of him//her doing this again, call the police. It may be a bit excessive, however he/she most likely will never come near your property again.

my mom has a great idea, we are going to spread a thick layer of Diatomaceous Earth around the coop door, that way, if he comes back, we can see his footprints...(Diatomaceous Earth is really dusty stuff, it has the consisentcy of powdered sugar)
