I know a lady who has two heelers and they're awesome dogs

But my one neighbor has one too and it's a little butthead -_- A lot of a dogs disposition depends on his training.

Yeah, I've met amazing heelers and crazy disobedient ones. If everyone got them to herd unruly cattle, then they would all be great dogs.

My neighbors bred their heeler girl (one of the great guard dogs I've met) with, guess what - a PIT BULL. Yeah, she's gonna have some really athletic puppies, that's for sure.

I don't know if my freinds cattle dogs can herd but they are really sweet and well trained. Where as my neighbors heeler will CHASE you if you walk by the house. I can't even ride my horse down the trails over there because of the stupid thing!

Pitbull heelers? That's an odd combination of breeds. You are right those are going to be athletic puppies and probably aggressive too if not trained right. But if they're guard dogs than that's probably what they want

Don't get a dog. Dogs are stupid. All of them, ignore what google says about border collies. If I turned Chaser, "the world's smartest dog" loose in my horse pasture, he would eat horse poop!!! All dogs do it, no matter how "smart" they are.

You can completely ignore what I just said. I just reeeaally don't like dogs - at all
