State leg bands...

I want to enter my chickens into the Bolton Fair and it says that chickens over 16 weeks need to be leg banned with a state leg band. Does anyone know how I can acquire state leg bans?

I will have to set up an appointment. I know they came from a NPIP hatchery, however I do not have any proof except the receipt from the grain store.

Either way its free so no harm in having them tested
