Great job on the ice house conversion!

I vote for some bread making, and start seeds while waiting on the bread!

It's 2:21am and I'm still up! Nothing has come sneaking around yet.

Chickens were fine! I went to bed at 5am on the sofa, and I've moved downstairs to sleep on the sofa for the next month or so anyway because the upstairs is being renovated lol.

I got halfway done the hardware cloth today. I pulled it off the old chicken run, but I ran out of washers. I've got one side done, and tomorrow I'll do the other side and then staple some over the front and back of the roof if I can find the staples for the staplegun.

I didn't make bread, but I did start some seeds!

How's the shed coming along?

Ohhh pretty good I suppose. I'm trying to find my staples still, meaning I still have one side of the house un-covered. On the sides of the shed there are two long slanted vents, and the front and back have a few places open. I ran out of washers so now I'm trying to find my staples and some screws with big enough heads on them to go through the hardware cloth. I've been lucky, but obviously soon enough my luck will run out. I think I know where they are now though, so tomorrow morning bright and early I'll be finishing up the side vents and if I can pull more hardware cloth off the old chicken run, then I'll be able to put up some on the front and back of the roof.


Everything is so freaking muddy that I spent half the day trying to get the pony's field set up so that the farrier can do her feet tomorrow and its not great lol its all mud. and poop. Not cool. Nevermind that the goats have no pen and have been stuck in their new house since Sunday evening. Thank heavens their building is 13ftx17ft and they're just two Pygmy's lol.
