Staying in the coop

My chicks are 6 weeks old and still like staying in the coop. One will come down to the run and make it's way back up but the other two just stay up in the coop. Is this mormal?

They'll figure it out. Wouldn't hurt to throw some treats outside like chopped lettuce, mine go crazy for it. Once one goes outside and finds food, everyone else will come running out. It just takes that one brave chicken to try it, then all the others will copy her.
