My flock of 9 girls is more like three flocks in one. I know my barred rocks will be fine....there are 5 of them, they roost together every night and they are nice and big. I'm worried about my two silkies...they roost on the board below the barred rocks, and there are only two of them....one is pretty tiny. My other set of two are an Ameraucana and an Icelandic....they roost up on the highest roost in the coop.
Is there anything I can do to help these two sets of two? I'm pretty worried they're going to be freezing cold

Ontario, Canada. Cold snaps can get down to -30C at night.....but it's usually in the single digit negatives. They are protected from wind etc...

For the most part chickens keep themselves warm. You will have to see how it goes with the silkies. I have kept them here with lows into the -20's. They were fine in an insulated coop, with a thick hay bedding. I do and did had other bantams. Some sit close and others don't.

A well insulated shed with south facing windows can get a bit warmer than the ambient temperature, but you also need good ventilation too.

Some people add extra heat or heat plates to their coops, but I'm not a fan of that.

You should get some White chanteclers. they do great will play in the snow at 30 degrees below zero.
Bunch of excellent breeders in Ontario in fact they have a big meet coming up.
