Sterile Rooster ???

set 8 eggs in the incubator and looks like they are not fertile.

Could boys be firing "blanks " ? Both are over 1 yr old.

How "fluffy" are your birds?

My show quality buff Orpington need a little vent fluff trimming otherwise he can't seem to aim through the "fluff".

I think it' unlikely two roosters are infertile. I would guess problems with the mating process or your incubation technique. Have you cracked open the eggs and checked for bullseyes?

Have you noticed any other changes in the eggs themselves? Stress can play a big part in egg coloration, so it could be outside factors (via - http://www.saudereggs.com/blog/what-do-different-eggshell-colors-mean/)... Good luck!

Update...2 eggs were definitely "blanks" and rest were "probable" chicks
