I was just thinking, my MIL has a stethoscope. Is it possible to hear a heartbeat in the egg? May be more reliable to see if there is actually life in there that candling can't tell me. Anyone have experiences with this. Incubating now ( day 5 ) .

I was thinking about a stethoscope myself not long ago.... it sure would make a hatch so much easier on my nerves...
By interesting to see if anyone has used one

I wonder if a doppler would work on eggs (Like they use on pregnant women), I had no luck with my stethoscope but was too afraid to try to use my doppler.

I have heard of Doppler Radar from the weather people, what exactly is it? You did try a stethoscope before? At how many days and what happened?

This kind of Doppler
