Steven got promoted!!

Today, 12/5/10, the day before his Grandma's birthday, Steven got promoted to E-4, he is now Specialist Livingston! He hasn't even been in 2 years yet, I am just so darn proud of him! The picture in his Class A's is his basic training pic, I need a new one! The other one is at his graduation from high school IN HIS UNIFORM~!

Thank you! At the Unit's Holiday party yesterday his Commander and Sgt. Maj. told me how impressed they were with him and that they felt he had a lot of potential. I am proud of him, no matter how often I want to strangle him, it makes me feel very good that others also see the good in him.

What a wonderful picture!! Such a cute fellow!!! I have one like that too, only he is an LPN and took him a long time to figure out what he wanted and I still want to choke him some days . . . but I am so proud of him and he is so good at what he does, so I know exactly how you felt in that picture!!!!

He made his mind up very young and has aimed for this his entire life; sometimes I worried he was a little too focused on it. I'm sitting here grinning like the village idiot!
