Yes, it would be easy to wire turners together. Really though, there is no need. Just take the individual leads out the back and plug them into a power strip.
They are low power motors, and that way you can remove them individually.
Incubator electrics are pretty simple. You basically have a temperature controller of your choice that the heater plugs or wires into, and an egg turner. Forced air is provided by a 12V fan which is wired separately
Keep the 120V side safe by insulating everything, the 12V matters less, wire nuts work fine.
