Stewie is a Man !

after weeks of watching and several discussions as to his future in the flock, my beautiful Black Orpington rooster, Stewie ( short for Stew Pot ) is now a MAN !!

Stewie started crowing about 3 weeks ago and is now " having his way " with several of the hens in the flock !!

Congratulations! Must be something in the air, my last one became a man Saturday morning around 4am. My avatar is to commemorate the event. Notice how he looks proud as punch and I look like I've been hit by a truck. He's lucky he's cute.
