I plan on treating the coop and run. Is it necessary to treat my chickens too when I’ve already taken the fleas off?

If the fleas are off, then it may not be necessary, but I'd have the Permethrin on hand just in case you find anymore.

How do you suggest I treat the coop? The floor is dirt, so do I spray the dirt?

You would treat the wood/surfaces of the coop.
