Sticky Bum

I have two little chicks in my brooder that I am meticulously cleaning. They have sticky bum (probably from being chilled when they were delivered) I have been adding some crushed organic oatmeal to their starter, but is there anything more I can do? I did not give them sugar water. The rest are doing great.

One of mine was like that last year, I just trimmed its feathers a tiny bit around vent and then washed them gently there with a damp cotton ball once or twice daily as needed and it went away after a week or two. Other than that, would like to know myself.
