sticky eyes

hi, i've got a chick with sticky eyes, what's the best thing to clean them with?
i've tried warm water and paper towel. regards.

I'd use warm water on a cotton bud. Moisten the sticky bit and leave it for a minute or so to soften up.
Moisten it again and hopefully when you wipe gently with the cotton bud the goo will just slide right off.
