Sticky feathers and weak eyes

I noticed after the last cold snap that some of my chicks are looking poor. Two of them have sticky feathers around thier bottom and weak crusty eyes like a cold. They seem to eating and drinking well and are up and about. I wan't to bathe them but i don't know if wet feathers are a good idea right now..
