Still a hen?

Ok I asked before if this was a hen or roo and everyone said hen but now it's bigger then the roo and has massive wattles compared to the other hens.. No crowing but here's a pic

Definite roo. Very big/red wqttles/comb and that tail is a tell-tail sign (ha, see that pun? ) that you have a roo. Also he's pretty large and has big legs... And the red patches on the wings are also a sign

Any idea what breed? Rose comb? Big and black I would of said jersey giant but they don't have rose combs and red?

Any idea what mix? I'm thinking silver laced wyondote and an australorp but maybe a rir? I believe that's what the parents were
