STILL Cant close a classified...and can't use unread posts link

I have a GF membership and just listed my first ad. I can't seem to close it and cant add another classified ad. Can I please receive help asap?

I can't locate the GFM thread that I used to access on BYC. Does it still exist?

Where and how do I renew? I am having problems navigating and locating info on BYC...

I found the store and renewed my subscription. Was hoping to buy a Platinum membership but couldn't find an option for that. If there is some way for me to upgrade, please let me know.

Also, how do I delete my ad and create a new one!

Go to your profile and at the right you will see your open ads. Go to it and click the "close" link.

I cant seem to locate a link. I read a FAQ's or some thread which showed a screen shot with a close link. But, I don't see one on my ad. I am using Internet Explorer and do not have access to Mozilla.

I also can not use the unread posts link...all it does is bring me to the last post on the thread. I am using Internet Explorer and unread posts used to work fine.
