I had one just like that , but brown, and it was hatched with 2 roosters, and the lady gaga one was always the meanest to me, and I thought about finishing the mean chicken, then she laid an egg. I was so happy I picked her up and hugged her, and then after that she didn't want to attack she only wanted hugs.

He won't let me get a good pic he won't keep still long enough but there is a comb really red too I think it's a roo I looked at some pics of pullets and their feathers come down to there beak his feathers split bc of the growing comb there . But I'm not expert

it is definantly a rooster, pukllets would not have the lobes, or such extensive waddles, google "silkie pair" and you can see the difference in them

Looks like a Deleware rooster to me. I can't see what color his legs are though.

Not pure for the barring gene, so not purebred Delaware.

he might be a columbian wyandotte, they get kinda big. the white one is definantly a bantam, a polish top hat, although i have never seen one all white like that before... probably a tophat cross, its not as full as it should be

No rose comb, and he's got a single copy of the barring gene, so that rules out Wyandotte.

This is big boy , really haven't named him that's just what I've been calling him since he is the biggest out of my 6 . I'm assuming he is a he lol . Anyway big boy is 12 weeks old and i still can't figure out what breed he is . Can anyone shine some light on what he may be , I purchased him from a feed store but can't remember what they told me . It's driving me crazy to say the least lol . I tried to get him in the sun so his colors where easier to see but he just froze when I took my camera out .View attachment 1207483

No he's not. Wyandottes do not have the barring gene.

Definitely not a Wyandotte. Wyandottes have a cushion comb. This cockerel has a single comb.

I know genetics, and I know barring when I see it. The cockerel in question does have the columbian restrictor gene, and the silver base color, but those are not exclusive the wyandotte breed. Breed is more than just a vague similarity.

Comb is wrong for a wyandotte, and he just doesn't look like one. I thought Delaware at first, maybe a mix.
