Non puffy eye

Here are some pics I took I had moved her to a tote flushed her eye out with some warm water first two pics are the eye that is puffy and the third is the best i could take of her other eye she keeps her puffy upwards when im talking to her. But see no discharge

So she is "new" to you? She may just be unsettled - molting and going to a new home can be very hard on them. Watch to see that she is eating/drinking well, give her some extra protein and vitamins.

In the photo of the eye - it's hard to tell -I've circled it - is there something in the corner of the eye or is it just the camera angle?

Yeah I know she looks fine but she wont turn her head the other way and is still walking side ways and does this look normal both eyes look like this when they are closed I noticed. I've never seen her eyes closes that I can think of. But the skin is a yellowish color.

And i think it was the angle. But now she's been settled she was boss lady until all this. But her eye seemed like it went down And I tried to see if the stuff in this corner of her eye would come out and it was just her skin. And her head is still tilted I've tried turning it in order to see it but she went budge. And still walking side ways.

Id flush that eye with Terramycin or Vetericyn eye gel as @Wyorp Rock suggested. You can also start her on some vitamin supplements like NutriDrench in case its some sort of deficiency. Increasing protein is a good idea too because of the molt.

Can you take a fecal sample to your vet for testing of worms and coccidiosis?

She is going to be paler since she is still molting.
What does her poop look like?

Her poop is fine and normal I feel like she is doing much better today and she is almost done molting its the under feathers and the puffiness has gone down since last night. But is tat normal under her eyes I never noticed it before
