Still has Cocci after one round of treatment?

Hello everyone! I have a 8 week old chicken that i rescued and have had her quarentined from my current coop (I know a single chicken isn't a great idea but in this situation it's what you do to be). I have had her for 2.5 weeks and have suspected her of coccidia since day 1 due to these red spots in her stool. She seems to have a regular attitude- no excessive drowsiness or ruffled feathers. She was on non medicated feed before I got her. I did one 8 day round of amprolium (20% powder) at 1/8 rounded tsp per quart of water as her only water source. She is on a break and getting probiotics for 2 days now and has the orange looser poo but also still the red spoots in her poo.
So my question is... do you all think this is cocci and agree that i should do another round of amprolium after 5 days?
Any additional advice appreciated too! Thanks!

That does appear to be blood.
Are you able to get the liquid Amprolium?

I think Medicated water plus a drench.

It looks like I red tissue bulb until you smear it then it gets sticky like the photo. I thought it could be intestinal shedding but didn't think it was normal for it to be lasting this long.
I haven't been able to find the liquid near me that isn't crazy expensive.
I was considering doing a drench if we do a round two

I have had Coccidiosis in my chicks that needed a two week treatment, it was bad.

Tractor Supply Carries the liquid form, it's in the cattle aisle. Have you checked it's price? I believe mine was about $12.

First dropping looks like intestinal shed, second looks like cecal droppings. Her behavior doesn't sound like she's ill. If you have a vet that will do a fecal for you they can check for other parasites. Other parasites than coccidia can cause increased intestinal shed. If this is only occasional then it could be nothing to worry about, but if you can get the fecal done that will tell you if there is anything there. It's usually not terribly expensive if you have a vet that will do it for you. You can also use mail in options:

Great information, thank you! It isn't in every stool passing but it does appear multiple times everyday. I thought it looked more like intestinal shed, but that shouldn't last this long, right? .... unless like you said, it was due to a different parasite... would that be a different medicine too?
I will look to see if there's a vet near me that does testing :)

The nearest tractor supply to me is over an hour away. My other local store only have the powder which is why I started with that. I will have to look into the liquid and take a drive or ship it, if it works better. Thank you!

Okay, alittle over an hour doesn't really sound too bad.
Hopefully giving a drench with liquid helps.
You're welcome.
