If another parasite is present then it will need a different medication. Valbazen or Safeguard will treat most parasites (except tapeworm). Valbazen is usually mail ordered (it's for cattle), Safeguard is usually available at tractor supply stores as either liquid goat wormer or horse paste.

Thanks everyone! So I've done a second round as a drench and I'm still seeing little bits of this in her stool. Although its a lot less. So I took a sample to a vet near me and result came back that everything looked fine. I'm going to monitor her for a few more days and decide on what to do.
Since she seems completely healthy otherwise do you think it would be wise or unwise to put her in with the rest of the girls?
