Still in egg, I hear it!!! <3

I have one gosling trying to enter this world! I hear it pecking away for last 24 hours but today I hear it chirping. <3 How long till something emerges/when do I step in? Also, regarding the other two, at one point do I step in for them? It is day #30 for these Sebastopols. I see movement but they don't have a clue.

If it's been over 24 hours since the internal pip there is no external pip, drill a safety hole. If the gosling has externally pipped it can take over 48 hours to go from pip to zip.
