I've only had 100% one time and that was on eggs shipped to me and in a hovabator that was hand turned by me 5 times a day and fiddled with on temperature probably 4 or more times a day.....They were just "born to hatch"!

Like probably not the hand turning itself, but opening the 'bator on such a regular basis during Days 1-18, maybe there's something to that? After all, a broody hen gets up once or twice a day until Day 18, right? But my 'bator can pretty much remain closed for up to a week. I wonder about this.
