Well I thought this was a Amber Star hybrid , but it has stated laying very small green eggs, any ideas on what this is??

Right. However there are still some who seem to regard EE as a breed with specific traits which include beards and either blue or green eggs.

I've gotten into discussion about this before, trying to point out EE are not a breed there fore there is no standard to dictate what an EE should look like. But there are enough people who disagree with this. As far as I can guess it is mainly based on the fact so many current stocks of EE look like ameraucanas in nonstandard colors. A rather recognizable type. I still remember EE from hatcheries from 20 years ago were more variable- lots more beardless ones, things like birds with much longer tails, different sizes (some were leaning towards bantam) etc.
