Still no chicks

I put my wyandottes bantam eggs in incubator on 25th of March, if I'm right today is hatch day or is it tomorrow but no pips or nothing.

I started of with 6 egg only 4 were viable, and before lock down 4 was still moving and that.

I got told it was today ha and it is at 37.8, not high or low at all.

Just hang in there. Last year my chicks started pipping and hatching about a day early. It’s the same incubator and about the same room temperature. I could even hear them chirping a day earlier. This year it’s exactly on day 21. And that’s today!

I just put a thermometer in the incubator and it was reading 35.5 c but the digital telling me 38.2. Should I try and turn it up to correct temperature
