Tiny comb, pale face, no male specific feathering. I think it is safe to say that she is a pullet.

That's what I thought but this bird is so protective of the others and the first to confront anything that comes near the run. Even quicker than the large australorp roo I have with them.

I’ve had Turkens that were very protective. One even died defending the flock from a raccoon. So I wouldn’t go off personality.

Good to know. I've only had turken mixes. I'm glad it looks like I won't need to choose between her and my current rooster.

They’re lovely. My favorites by far though I don’t have any currently.
