still pecking her

What should i do next. Tried blue kote but they still keep pecking her . winter is coming soon so i am worried about her not making it.

Probably the most common reason for this is overcrowding.

I do not think overcrowding is the problem.The hen house is 8' by 8' and the run is 10' by12'.Plus they run free for 2 hours a day and thats for 8 RIReds.
