Any ideas on breeds and genders?

Better pictures are needed. I believe I see a buckeye rooster and pullet, than a barnevelder rooster maybe, than an Australorp pullet maybe, and the last looks like maybe a rooster.

Individual pictures showing combs and legs and ages of birds would help.
X3- 2 buckeyes, male + female, an Australorp *pullet?*, unsure about other 2.

So I'm going to say from what I can make out of this blurry blob...cockerel.
That being said I have a tip for you on the photos that may help. Idk if it applies to all phones but at least on my Samsung I can easily take still frames out of video so what I do is calmly video the chickens and then go back and take out the stills later to get the best angles I can and the least blur. On mine I can pause the video during playback adjust the scrubbing rate and get some really clear shots that way because as I'm sure you've noticed, chickens aren't great at posing.

Every time I try to photograph my pullet, she runs and hides behind the others.
Definitely a cockerel.
