Still unsure of gender

Still scratching my head over this one. All of my birds are supposedly pullets but I received two wrong breeds so I don't put much faith in it.

This is my runt, it's comb is much larger than it's sibling even though the body is much smaller.

These two look to be the same breed.
You will notice combs of young cocrells of this age, to be much redder than the pullets.
I am not seeing much red.
