a stolen chicken is not a joke, she is trying to get her bird back and this thread is trying to get people to realize that birds get stolen and were thay can get stolen, mine was in my pen in my yard.

We came home last night to find 50% of our flock stolen. Very disturbing. We spent a small fortune to ensure they were safe from predators, but never thought someone would come to the farm and steal. Sad. I love my chickens and hope that whoever took them is taking care of them. : (
