Stop chicken fighting in oklahoma

Please help stop chicken fighting in oklahoma. I was at tsc today picking up some chicks when a man came in and got all the game chickens and leghorns to fight them he was teaching his son to do the same. I think its so wrong we must do some thing about this please if you have any ideas post them.
