Stop my roo from mating

Blood spots are perfectly normal. The spot forms when the egg begins to develop (even if not futile).., Make sure you collect the eggs every day and refrigerate them if you don’t want any spots. But remember, blood spots are normal and has nothing to do with the roo..,
Might want to clarify, as 'when the egg begins to develop' could be construed as when the chick starts to develop inside the egg after being incubated. Many will not realize that you mean as the egg begins to develop, or form, inside the hen's reproductive tract, before it's even laid.

Wow, so many people getting squeamish about the blood/meat spot. Even fishing it out. I eat everything. It's gonna be cooked either way, right? And is thus safe to eat. The gross factor isn't any different than blood or meat from the actual animal being cooked in a stew, or any other way. Blood sausages! Mmm. It's all food once it's cooked.
