Might want to clarify, as 'when the egg begins to develop' could be construed as when the chick starts to develop inside the egg after being incubated. Many will not realize that you mean as the egg begins to develop, or form, inside the hen's reproductive tract, before it's even laid.Blood spots are perfectly normal. The spot forms when the egg begins to develop (even if not futile).., Make sure you collect the eggs every day and refrigerate them if you don’t want any spots.
