Stopped laying

My best layer who is about 1 year old has just mysteriously stopped laying. She had lice but it was treated but she still seems just a bit different. She doesn't seem really sick... Still eating and drinking and pecking at the ground, but definitely not laying. What's up??
She seems to be sitting quite low down and maybe tucking her neck in more than before though.

Maybe look up egg bound chicken symptoms I'm no expert but see if that matches

This may seem somewhat out of place, but check what their coop area is like and check to see if maybe she's laying somewhere else (if she's free range).

I know here in NC we've had some pretty severe weather lately, and the stress from that can definitely effect egg production. Also, they lice might have found refuge in the coop somewhere making them uncomfortable so they might be laying elsewhere or not at all.
