I have a small flock of Welsummer. They had been laying roughly an egg a day per each bird but now they have stopped and it's been around 2 months or so. I thought they were molting at first since we had been finding feathers everywhere, but they had never really looked bald or anything. I had figured if it was mold then that was why they had stopped laying, but like I said it's been like 2 months or better now and still no eggs. Any ideas??

Some of mine had a "soft moult" a few months ago. Only 1 looked bald, but I sure saw lots of feathers! Sounds like what your girls are going through. What I did was give them turkey grower for about a month to help with feather production due to its increased protein. It really helped. As long as your hens are needing to replace feathers, that's where the protein is going to go. I figure by increasing the protein I help them grow feathers faster and get back to laying. It does take some time... you may not get eggs for another couple of months yet.
