My call duck has started laying again....how do I get her to stop? This will be the second clutch of eggs she's layed this year. 2 out of the 11 from the first clutch hatched. I put those 2 ducklings back with their parents, fully feathered, a couple of weeks ago.

I can't have her laying now, since there isn't enough time for them to get fully feathered before the weather gets cold here.

How can I get her to stop laying?

Easy- remove the eggs, don't let her sit. I have the Queens of broody here(Muscovy) i remove the eggs daily.

We're all violently allergic to duck eggs. Found out the hard way....

I got rid of the first 2, but a few days later she laid 2 more.

Do you only have two? You could seperate them for a short time like put mesh down the middle to stop fertilisation. I don't see how you can just stop her laying though
