Stopping random cock fights?

My two roosters start going at each other just randomly out of nowhere! If they are eating, they start fighting, if they are grazing they start fighting, If they are roosting they start fighting. My father who raised chickens for a while said to just let them fight it out and let the strongest win but I am defiantly not letting that happen as he used to fight cocks in Puerto Rico so I never take his advice on situations like this. Do you guys have any advice on this predicament?

They both just want top pecking order. To try and stop it, you can separate them for a while or get more hens. Best of luck!

I agree with you if it was only a little scuffle. The roosters make themselves bleed and rip off chunks of comb an wattles from each other. I wouldn't want to get rid of either or separate them from the group as then i would feel a little bad for that rooster who just had fighting in their blood (They are old english game bantams) so i was wondering if their was a way to make one scared of the other without having him get seriously injured?

This is kinda ridiculous question. Roosters fight. Some don't but roosters fight. Especially a breed like old english game that has been bred for many generations to do so. There is nothing you can do but separate them. I rotate roosters w the flock every 3 days. One rooster w the flock, the others are penned. Do I feel bad about it?.. . No
