Storing chicken feed outside?

In the garage now. We have it inside a galvanized container, and inside their old brooder. We could find a wooden pallet to put it on, if that would be helpful.

The garage is a good place because of the shade. Assuming your garage floor is concrete/cement that was poured on soil, the concrete floor will keep the bottom of the feed container cooler than will putting it up on a pallet.

That sounds fine, just make sure the container isn't infant of any windows or anything that the sunlight could get through
