Storing eggs in the egg turner???

I'm currently collecting Pheasant eggs and putting them into cartons and turning them periodically. Could I put them in the automatic egg turner, turn it on then when I have all the eggs collected, put it in to the bator? What are your thoughts.

Don't see why not.

Yes this has been done with great results. By some old timers.
I highly recommend it. And have suggested it to others.

should be fine as long as the turner isnt enough to get the bator temp high enough to start the eggs growing

Egg turner out by its self, set up on counter top or table.

Could this increase hatch rate? compared to regular turning methods?
