Storing hatching eggs in a turner.

If you store hatching eggs at 55 degrees F is there any reason why you cant keep them in a turner? Seems like you could avoid tilting them in a carton until you're ready to set them. Also what's lowest temp some of you have collected hatching eggs at?
 
You can keep them in a turner. You also don’t have to turn them. No frozen eggs so I’d collect when temp is above freezing, or you make frequent trips out to collect(but that can get tiring)
