Yeah it’s to bad it doesn’t preserve better I’ll end up freezing it probablyI was part of a massive research program to develop a way to preserve wet distillers grains and other wet corn co-products. We could only get a few extra days of storage with a mixture of organic acids and other preservatives.
Unless you can freeze or vacuum package to exclude all oxygen you will have spoilage in just a few days during the summer.
