She laughed softly, brushing her dark hair from her eyes. "That's quite alright." Angelina said.

"What are you doing out in the rain?" He asked curiously, studying her face "You look lost"

"Hmm? Well, looks can be deceiving." She said jokingly. "I was actually just visiting a...friend, down the road from here."

 

[HollyBird24]

A long time ago, Eli might have wondered who had friends in such a run down place, but now he was too used to it. "Cool." He said, tucking his hands into his pockets "You should get out of the rain before you catch a chill though, the both of us."

 

[chickendiva25]

"You're probably right. Hey, um, I know we just met and everything, but there's a coffee shop just a block or so away, would you care to go with me? They have fabulous cappuccinos."

 

[HollyBird24]

"Sure" He put his hood back up and rose to his feet, shaking the worst of the water from his shoes. "I have a few bucks left over"

 

[Anilee]

"Whats agro?"

"Angry, kinda. I guess it's short for aggravated."

"Cool." Angelina said, standing up as well. She took in a deep breath of the fresh, rainy air as she walked towards the coffee shop. It brought back memories, good and bad. They flooded through her mind like the gushing drains under the sidewalk. She remained quiet for most of the walk, letting her face do most of the talking.
