STP's new song "Between the Lines": Is it just me, or....???

...is it a BLATANT RIP OFF of several Nirvana songs, including "Stay Away" from their '91 album Nevermind?? Everytime I hear "Between the Lines," it makes me wish even more that Cobain was still around....if only to beat the crap out of Scott Weiland.
