Straddle leg? Splayed leg? Deformed?

This chick was born may 16 it is now day 2. as you can see in the pics we made a hot glue thing to hold the legs together because one of his legs is facing inward and back the other usually stays in the back. I think one of his feet has curled toes. We also have a hair tie and straw thing for his legs. nothing has worked he still wobbled around on his belly, he hasn’t been able to eat or drink. i do dip his beak in the water every few hours. Is there anything that will help him or at least encourage him to eat?

I have a chick born yesterday with the same problem. Nothing works to bring the leg forward.
Any help has been found?
