Straight to the incubator?

I have an order of quail eggs on it's way and it was delayed in shipping. When the eggs arrive they'll be at least a week old. Should I still give the Minimum 12 hour resting time before incubating, or go straight to the incubator?

I would put them straight into the incubator. Leave the turner off for the first 24 hours.

That's what I was thinking also, thanks! They're from Myshire, so at least I have a 50% hatch guarantee.
